Free drop-in Laughter Yoga sessions every Wednesday in May and June!

Laughter yoga is a practice that aims to cultivate joy, bring out your inner child, and help you let go of daily life stresses. Sustained hearty belly laughter has a wide range of benefits on our mental and physical health, including improved cardiovascular health and a drop in blood pressure. The release of endorphins can be effective as a 'natural high' with the ability to heighten moods and increase pain resistance.

Geo, our certified Laughter Yoga leader, uses laughter as a healing tool to cultivate and connect with your joy and release unjustified shame. We are excited to have her facilitate these sessions and guide you on a laughing journey!

Drop-in laughter yoga sessions will be running from 7-8pm at The D*List Community Hub, starting from Wednesday 6th May and ending Wednesday 24th June.

Note: The aerobic workout element of laughter yoga is extremely low impact and not something you should really expect to change the look of your body. It shouldn't result in strain, and class members are encouraged to rest, or alter movements if they feel any discomfort or pain.
