Alexia has worked in the disability rights movement for over 25 years, both within Aotearoa and internationally, as a Meeting Assistant to Sir Robert Martin KNZM in his role on the UNCRPD Committee from 2016-2023. She is a User Experience Designer and Easy Read specialist, and is based in Kirikiriroa, Hamilton.
