Helen Vivienne Fletcher is a children’s and young adult author, storyteller and award-winning playwright. Her latest work, an autobiographical play called Confessions of a Sleepwalking Insomniac, tells the story of her life with a severe sleep disorder and journey to getting assistance dog Bindi.
