Maioro Barton (Ngāti Porou ki Tokomaru Bay, Ngāti Wai ki Whangaruru) is a wheelchair-user born with spina bifida who lives in Cambridge. He plays wheelchair basketball for Waikato and enjoys being out at events with whānau and friends. He’s passionate about raising awareness for disability issues from his own perspective.
