Naomi Vailima is Samoan-born and bred in South Auckland. She spends most of her time advocating in two different ways. One through social justice as the Deputy Chair of I.Lead by amplifying young voices in the disability sector. And through creative arts as a director for performing arts group Nesian for Pacific with disabilities where they can explore their cultural identity and embrace themselves.
