Dr. Solmaz Nazari Orakani, an Iranian-Kiwi, was born with Spina Bifida and is a wheelchair user due to her physical disability. Throughout her career as a researcher and advocate, Solmaz has consistently championed the rights of disabled individuals. She is deeply passionate about empowering the voices of people with disabilities and fostering social inclusion.
